You can delete your Dreamluna account and all associated data at any time, directly from the app. This page explains how, what gets removed, and what we are legally required to keep.
1. How to Delete Your Account
From inside the app:
- Open Dreamluna and sign in.
- Go to your Profile (bottom-right icon).
- Open Settings, then Account Settings.
- Tap Delete account at the bottom.
- Confirm the deletion.
This is permanent and cannot be undone. Your account and data are removed and cannot be recovered.
2. What Gets Deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes:
- Your profile — name, email, phone, profile photo.
- All dream entries and voice recordings.
- All AI analyses.
- Subscription records held by us.
- Usage statistics and preferences.
- Notifications, shared dreams, comments, and likes.
Deletion takes effect immediately. Copies in encrypted backups are cleared within 90 days through normal backup rotation.
3. What We May Retain
After deletion we keep no personal profile data, with two narrow, legally required exceptions:
- Billing records: invoices for subscription payments may be retained as required by tax law (name and amount only).
- Anonymised analytics: aggregate usage statistics that do not identify you.
Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google. Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription — manage it in your App Store or Google Play account.
4. Can't Access the App?
If you can't delete from within the app, email dreamlunapp@gmail.com with the subject "Account deletion request" from the email address on your account. We respond within 48 hours.
